Tom Cruise, standing up for his beliefs

We have a success in our midst. Tom Cruise is standing up for his beliefs and telling people how he found peace in life. This is a blessing because who better to learn from than from someone successful? Perhaps he is successful because he has found a fountain of knowledge or a method of developing his own ability -- indeed, he says he wouldn't have succeeded without Scientology.

He used to suffer from literacy problems but thanks to the study technology of L. Ron Hubbard, he has overcome the learning disability and it no longer hinders him. Now that is success!

Horses

So, the horses are doing pretty good. We have a boarder now who has a beautiful small Arabian, named Spirit 2. Very soft hair and just a sweetheart. The owner is a Scientologist (www.Scientology.com) and does some great assists on her horse to get him acclamated to the area and comfortable with the other horses. My Bobbie tends to be a meany, Alpha horse and all that. JD, however, has formed a nice friendly relationship with Spirit, so that's good. I wish Bobbie and JD ate like Spirit, instead of their lb a meal. They are big horses. Major flies this time of year, hate them. They... (more)

Unable to Understand and Duplicate Instructions

Trees - why can people not duplicate and understand instructions? Are they not in present time? Do they have too many misunderstood words running around in their head? Yes to both of these questions. That's why when I explained to the tree trimming man that I only wanted my trees thinned out, I came home to find them butchered to almost nothing. Fortunately, at least from what he tells me, the trees will grow back quickly. They are an eye sore right now. At least there won't be any limbs falling on our neighbors' yards. Unfortunately for them, they'll be experiencing more dust from the... (more)

Riding along on my horse with my daughter

It's such a special time to go horseback riding with my daughter. It's such a calming activity that we both enjoy. Our horses are very well mannered. Mine's alittle slow at times, but once he's warmed up he rides well. Tonight we'll be off again!

It's a good day today! It's not as hot as it has been and things are definitely looking up.

Thanks to my church, the Church of Scientology, I feel better and better everyday. I think, "I couldn't feel better!", but then I do. So, I've come to the conclusion that I can and will feel better and better.

So, yes, it's a good day today!

Had a great time horseback riding in the wash with friends this weekend. Unfortunately, there's a lot of rocks, compared to the Burbank area, which doesn't have any. My horse did very well, as did my daughter's. It was fun, but hot. Am having our horses trimmed today. Looking forward to our next ride.

It's hot out there

It's hot outside. I'm beginning to think another part of the country would be better to live in. I moved from Northern Calif. to Southern Calif. because I didn't like the cold. Now, each summer it becomes harder and harder to take the heat. The evenings are nice, except we don't have air conditioning. I'm contemplating getting an A/C. Don't really want to spend the money, but don't want to be uncomfortable either. We'll see!

Today I just got started on my Blog. This is my first entry. I want to talk about dance and how much joy I get from it. I've met so many people who have such a love for dance, but for some reason or another don't do it.

Today is hot hot hot!
